When joining Tieto Banktech as a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle. 
• Drive recruitment processes across multiple functions and geographies, ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and stakeholders. 
• Provide labor market insights and data-driven recommendations to support hiring decisions and workforce planning. 
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent in a competitive market. 
• Leverage recruitment analytics and talent intelligence to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve hiring outcomes. 
• Strengthen and promote our employer brand through talent attraction initiatives, events, and social media activities. 
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working, contributing to a scalable and efficient hiring function. 
• Lead and support Talent Acquisition projects and strategic initiatives across Tieto Banktech. 
• Build and deliver recruitment capability trainings, empowering managers to make effective and inclusive hiring decisions. 
• Collaborate with colleagues across the global Talent Acquisition community to share best practices and drive continuous improvement. 

Who we are looking for:

• You have proven (+6 years) experience working as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter, preferably in a large, complex, and international organization within the IT sector. 
• You are a strong communicator who can influence stakeholders and create engaging candidate experiences through both verbal and written communication.
• You have experience working with different Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and are quick to learn new recruitment tools and technologies.
• You are a relationship builder who quickly establishes trust and credibility with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.
• You are comfortable using data and market insights to guide decisions and recommend talent acquisition strategies.
• You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• You have strong interviewing and assessment skills and are confident in evaluating candidates against both role requirements and organizational values.
• You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.

*Monthly salary offer will be defined upon candidate’s professional competence accordance with job demands
