These unauthorized persons may contact job seekers through fake email IDs, phone calls, messaging applications, social media platforms, or fraudulent job postings while falsely claiming to represent Tieto and offering employment opportunities.

Please note the following important information:

• Tieto communicates only through official email addresses ending with @tieto.com.
• Any communication originating from any other domain, including @tieto.co.in, should be considered fraudulent.
• Tieto never asks candidates to make payments at any stage of the hiring process, including registration, interview scheduling, offer processing, background verification, onboarding, or training.

Candidates are strongly advised to exercise caution and avoid responding to suspicious communications requesting money, confidential information, or financial details.

If you receive any suspicious communication claiming to be from Tieto, please:

• Discontinue all communication immediately
• Do not make any payments or share personal/financial information
• Preserve all related evidence, including emails, screenshots, phone numbers, messages, and payment receipts
• Report the matter to the appropriate cybercrime authorities or the National Cyber Crime Helpline (1930)

Tieto is actively working with internal teams and the relevant authorities to address this matter and prevent further misuse of the company’s name and brand.
