We are now looking for a strategic, commercially minded and hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to help shape the future workforce of Tieto Indtech. This is a role for someone who wants to be closer to the business, influence strategic hiring decisions and build recruitment practices that support growth, innovation and long-term capability development. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, technology, AI, workforce planning and talent acquisition — turning future business needs into strong talent solutions.

About the role

As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be more than a recruiter — you will be a trusted advisor, strategic partner and driver of how we attract, assess and hire the capabilities we need for the future. You will partner closely with senior leaders to understand where the business is heading, challenge and advise on workforce priorities, and ensure we bring in the right people at the right time. From shaping hiring strategies and improving recruitment processes to exploring how AI and modern tools can elevate talent acquisition, you will have a real opportunity to influence how recruitment is done across Indtech.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic talent partner to senior leaders, advising on hiring priorities, market realities and long-term workforce needs.
• Translate business strategy into actionable talent acquisition plans, including role prioritisation, capability gaps and future skill needs.
• Lead and continuously improve end-to-end recruitment processes across Tieto Indtech, ensuring quality, consistency and efficiency.
• Use recruitment data, market insights and talent intelligence to support informed hiring decisions and strengthen workforce planning.
• Identify emerging capability needs driven by AI, digitalisation and new technologies, and help the business prepare for future competence requirements.
• Champion candidate experience and employer branding, ensuring candidates experience Tieto Indtech as a modern, engaging and professional employer.
• Collaborate closely with TA colleagues and People & Culture stakeholders to align best practices, share insights and drive recruitment excellence across countries.
• Explore and implement smarter ways of working, including AI, automation and modern recruitment tools that elevate the TA function.
   

You likely bring

• 5+ years of experience within Talent Acquisition, ideally from a global, matrix or technology-driven organisation.
• Experience working as a strategic TA partner — not only driving recruitment processes, but advising and challenging business leaders when needed.
• Strong understanding of talent markets, sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices and how to attract scarce competence in competitive markets.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical talent solutions, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, building trust and communicating clearly across different business areas and countries.
• A curious and improvement-oriented mindset, with genuine interest in AI, technology, workforce trends and the future of work.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to create a positive, transparent and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

In the role you will report to Head of People & Culture Indtech, and will join a global team of People & Culture professionals.
