Senior Controller

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Presales Consultant to join Tieto Caretech team in Iberia.

This role will be responsible for supporting the commercial growth of our healthcare portfolio by providing deep product, clinical workflow and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and during solution implementation projects, acting as the bridge between customer needs, product capabilities and delivery teams.

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Delivery and Customer Success teams to help healthcare organizations understand, adopt and realize value from Tieto Caretech's solutions.

This is a key role in supporting our expansion in the Iberian healthcare market, particularly among public health services, university hospitals, large hospital groups and other healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Solution Consulting

• Act as the subject matter expert for Tieto Care's healthcare solutions during the sales process.
• Understand customer challenges, clinical workflows and digital transformation objectives and translate them into effective solution proposals.
• Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions and solution demonstrations.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and preparation of technical proposals.
• Work alongside Sales teams to articulate value propositions to clinical and technical stakeholders.
• Present solutions to IT leaders, clinicians and operational decision makers.

Implementation & Delivery Support

• Lead functional analysis and implementation planning activities for customer projects.
• Support configuration, deployment and adoption of healthcare applications.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Participate in customer onboarding and training activities.

Market & Product Development

• Provide feedback to Product Management teams.
• Contribute to the development of go-to-market, use cases and demonstration environments.
• Stay current on healthcare digitalization trends, interoperability standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the development of strategic partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, health informatics, presales consulting, solution consulting or implementation roles.
• Proven experience working with healthcare providers, hospitals or regional healthcare organizations.
• Strong understanding of EHR, clinical systems and healthcare digital workflows.
• Experience participating in complex software implementation projects.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, SNOMED CT, DICOM or similar is highly valued.
• Understanding of SaaS, cloud-based healthcare platforms and system integrations.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with public healthcare procurement processes.
• Knowledge of the Iberian healthcare ecosystem, including regional health services and major hospital groups.
