About the role
- We are looking for a structured and well-organized Quality Specialist to join our global team.
- This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to processes, coordinating projects and working with people across different parts of an organization.
- Our team supports the business globally across areas such as process governance, quality management, ISO certification, compliance, audits and continuous improvement. Since we are a small international team, we are looking for someone who can bring their own experience and interests to the team. The exact focus of the role can evolve based on your background and strengths.
- You don't need to be an expert in every area mentioned below. We already have experienced colleagues in the team, and we are open to shaping the role around the right person.
What you will do
- Depending on your experience, you may be involved in:
- Process governance – helping process owners and managers structure and document their processes and making sure global requirements are consistently applied.
- Quality management – supporting our Quality Management System and related policies, guidelines and internal requirements.
- ISO certification and compliance – supporting certification activities, preparing information and documentation, and working with external auditors.
- Internal audits and assurance – supporting audit-related activities, follow-up actions and continuous improvement.
- Projects and process improvements – coordinating initiatives such as implementation or migration of new tools, process improvements or other global projects.
- Digital and AI initiatives – supporting the introduction of new digital solutions and AI-enabled tools that can make governance and compliance activities more efficient.
- Stakeholder coordination – working with colleagues and process owners across different countries and business areas to keep activities moving and ensure alignment.
- Reporting and documentation – keeping track of activities, actions, deadlines and relevant KPIs and preparing clear updates for stakeholders.
What we are looking for
- We are looking for someone who is organized, structured and comfortable coordinating multiple topics at the same time.
- You will ideally have:
- 2+ years of professional experience in process management, project coordination, quality, governance, compliance, audits or a related area.
- A structured and detail-oriented approach to documentation and information.
- The ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken – you will work with colleagues and stakeholders across different countries and regions.
It would be a plus if you have
- Experience with process governance or process documentation.
- Exposure to quality management systems or ISO standards.
- Experience supporting internal or external audits or certification activities.
- Experience with project management or implementation of new tools/systems.
- Experience with reporting, data analysis or Power BI.
- An interest in AI, automation and digital transformation.
Why join us?
- Join a small, international team with a global scope and visibility across the organization.
- Work with colleagues and stakeholders across different countries and business areas.
- Get exposure to process governance, quality management, ISO certification, audits and digital transformation.
- Work on a variety of global projects rather than focusing on just one area.
- Have the opportunity to shape your role based on your experience and interests.
- Develop your expertise across Quality, Governance and related areas.
