About the role 

Do you want to work with a modern product portfolio for the next generation of offering to our welfare industry and society? Do you have deep domain knowledge about the municipality’s welfare and social care? Do you have experience of working as a social care worker in a municipality or have been working in Lifecare or a similar system?  

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a skilled Product owner that help us to continue to build the best solutions for the Swedish municipal Health & Care market.  

As part of our Lifecare product team, you will primarily be responsible for the portfolio's solution towards the Swedish municipal Health & Care market in the area of Caseworker, Accommodation and Recourse registry Welfare technology (Lifecare Handläggare, Lifecare Boende och Lifecare Resursregister). You will help build our product portfolio from existing ideas, develop new ideas / offers based on your experiences, our customers' needs and wishes as well as changes and requirements from the market. We are today the market leader in the area, and this is a position we intend to maintain in the future.  
 

In this role you will 

In your daily work you meet our customers and analyze their needs. Through your understanding of our strategy, you will prepare an operational product plan that sets the course for the future. You interpret legal requirements and ensure that our solutions support them. You keep in touch with authorities and partners. You will work closely with colleagues in the product team and with our development teams to define, explain and prioritize the needs with the goal of transforming our customers' needs into the best solutions on the market.  

You will develop marketing material and other documentation in your area, and you will support our sales and support team in complex domain issues. In Public procurements, you will support colleagues to evaluate product demands and do related work to hand in our best offer. You participate in customer meetings, in dialogues with partners and at various fairs and other events. 

You will balance both short-term needs and long-term visions, while taking responsibility for pricing and profitability in our product portfolio. Tasks such as productization, functional testing and participation in customer meetings will be a natural part of your everyday life. 

The role includes travel, especially in Sweden. Travel to our office in Norway, Poland or India may occur. 

We are looking for someone with 

• Deep domain knowledge primarily of the Swedish welfare and social care landscape, knowledge about the Nordic and European market is a plus. 

• Good knowledge of current legislation and the National Board of Health and Welfare's processes. 

• Experience and good knowledge of how municipal activities are run and organized, preferably also experience and interest in Welfare technology.  

• Good knowledge of IBIC (individens behov i centrum) 

• Knowledge of Lifecare Caseworker, Lifecare Accommodation and Lifecare Recourse registry Welfare Technology and preferably experience of system administration in municipal health and social care or similar area. 

• Knowledge of how personal data should be handled, and guidelines linked to GDPR.  

• You are good at expressing yourself in writing and in meetings. You have exceptionally good English language skills, and both fluent spoken and written Swedish.
  
   

It would be beneficial if you also 

• Have a Degree as a Social care worker or equivalent with broad experience of municipal health and social care. 

• Are analytically and at the same time have an eye to see the big picture.  

• Have experience from and knowledge of the municipality's welfare services, work processes and legislation experience from product development such as backlog, prioritization and description of the solution.  

• You are welcome to have experience in product management, project management or similar.

AI knowledge requirement

AI literacy is expected for this role. You will be comfortable using approved AI tools to improve quality and productivity in everyday work (e.g., drafting, summarising, analysing, and automating routine tasks). You can write clear prompts/instructions, critically evaluate and validate AI outputs, and apply sound judgement when results are incomplete, biased, or incorrect. You understand and follow company policies and applicable legal/regulatory requirements for confidentiality, privacy, security, and responsible AI use (including not sharing sensitive data in unapproved tools).
