We are looking for a Middle/Senior Storage Systems Developer to join Tieto Tech Consulting and work with our customer – leading global technology company (USA). The ideal candidate should have a strong expertise in Linux-based storage solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support integration, functional and regression testing of storage solutions
- Analyze system performance, troubleshoot complex storage issues, and optimize large-scale environments
- Contribute code to Lustre and related storage infrastructure projects
- Design, implement and improve automation, CI/CD and testing frameworks
- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams on architecture, development and validation activities
Qualifications
- Understanding of distributed systems, storage technologies and high-performance computing (HPC) environments
- Strong software development experience in Linux environments
- Experience with Python, Perl, Bash or similar scripting languages
- Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub, Gerrit, Jenkins and automation frameworks
- Ability to investigate complex technical problems and deliver production-quality code.
Will be an advantage
- Experience with large-scale test automation and CI/CD infrastructure
- Knowledge of MongoDB, Ansible and cloud-based testing environments
- Background in HPC storage products and parallel file systems
