BI Reporting (Hex) Developer - Tieto Tech Consulting ( m/f/d)

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic data and analytics team focused on delivering high-quality reporting and dashboard solutions to support business decision-making. The team works closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights.

When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a BI Developer

You join a skilled team of data analysts, BI developers, and engineers where you learn new things with your colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports, report service documents, and dashboards
• Work with HEX and MicroStrategy tools for data visualization and reporting
• Perform report testing to ensure accuracy and quality
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Document requirements, processes, and deliverables clearly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver BI solutions

Who we are looking for

• Good hands-on experience in HEX and MicroStrategy tools
• 7–8 years of experience in BI tools
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in SQL and Python
• Strong experience in building reports and dashboards
• Good understanding of report testing and validation processes
• Ability to gather, understand, and document requirements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
