Responsibilities

  • Promote and position Proximus Global as a leading international provider of Voice and Cloud Number services worldwide.
  • Manage relationships with customers within the assigned voice portfolio and optimize profitability across both selling and buying activities.
  • Monitor customer traffic on a daily basis, including win-back actions, promotions, and related commercial activities.
  • Identify and facilitate cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
  • Negotiate termination rates with partners and customers to maintain competitive cost structures for outbound voice traffic.
  • Coordinate activities aimed at maximizing traffic volumes while ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor traffic volumes daily to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, including AIT, illegal termination, and other traffic irregularities.
  • Participate in and coordinate fraud investigations together with customers and suppliers within the assigned portfolio.
  • Ensure proper implementation of commercial agreements within Proximus Global’s operational framework and support effective cooperation with internal teams.
  • Coordinate financial, technical, legal, and administrative topics related to the customer portfolio, including billing, collections, dispute resolution, contracts, and operational matters.
  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with customers and contribute to the continued growth of the voice business.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Relations.
  • Hands-on experience in international wholesale voice business, including voice routing, termination, pricing, and traffic management.
  • Strong understanding of the wholesale telecommunications market.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with international customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel abroad several times per year for conferences and business meetings.
