AI Product Manager- Public 360 Tieto Indtech (m/f/d)

At Public 360, we develop software that helps public-sector organizations improve case handling, records quality, transparency, compliance, and citizen services. Public 360 is a purpose-built platform for the Nordic public sector, combining deep domain expertise with modern cloud and AI capabilities.

We are now looking for an AI Product Manager to help drive AI-related product innovation in Public 360.
 

Your role

You will help shape product strategy and roadmap for AI-enabled capabilities in Public 360. This is a product leadership role for someone who can identify important user problems, define valuable product direction, and turn opportunities into clear priorities, epics, and user stories.

You will work with two sides of AI usage:

• AI in the product — creating valuable new capabilities for customers
• AI in the product process — improving how we work in product management, discovery, and collaboration

You will work closely with development, design, data/AI specialists, commercial teams, and other product managers.
 

Your main responsibilities

• Define and drive AI-related product vision and initiatives in Public 360
• Shape roadmap priorities based on customer value, business potential, and product quality for selected products – take ownership of the product PnL
• Build strong customer and market understanding to identify meaningful problems and opportunities
• Translate insights into clear product framing, concepts, epics, and user stories
• Support the efficient and responsible adoption of AI in our products and ways of working
• Collaborate across teams to strengthen our AI maturity and product innovation capabilities

What we are looking for

Strong software product-management experience
You have solid experience in product management and a strong product leadership mindset. You know how to set direction, prioritize well, make trade-offs, and drive results in cross-functional teams.

AI-innovation and productization mindset

You should have strong AI literacy and a clear understanding of how AI technologies can create product and business value.

You are comfortable discussing concepts such as LLMs, agents, AI-workflows, model limitations, governance, privacy, and responsible AI with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You actively explore and apply modern AI and agentic tools in your daily work and stay up to date with developments in the AI ecosystem. You understand how to translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable product concepts, user value, and differentiated customer experiences.

Public-sector domain understanding and interest
Experience from public administration within central government agencies, municipalities, or other public-sector environments is a strong advantage. Base requirement is an interest in working with public administration and motivation to support their goals of quality, compliance, transparency, and trust.

It is a plus if you have experience with

• Nordic public-sector software or SaaS market and products
• innovation management or concept development
• agile product development and empowered teams
• AI governance or responsible AI practices

Language skills

Strong English and Nordic language skills are required.
 

Location
We offer a partly remote working model but prefer candidates living close to one of our development hubs in the Nordics (Oslo, Copenhagen or Stockholm)
