About the role

In the Specialized care & Consulting - Operations we provide product deliveries and support for healthcare customers for example in laboratories and operating units. Our team consists of professionals in delivery, application and technical expertise and deliver products and services in wide Nordic collaboration.

We are now looking for Technical specialist to our Finnish operations team to focus on our products used in our customers in laboratories and operating units. Your daily work consists of technical maintenance, support and installations. You'll work in close collaboration with application specialists and product developers in Finland and Sweden.

In this role you will

• Technically maintain and support our products used by many Finnish hospitals and private laboratories
• Participate in technical support and installations to our operation planning system
• Co-operate deeply in product development team in collaboration with product development teams and our customers

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in the following technologies:
  • Windows server
  • SQL server (Installations, maintenance, SQL queries)
  • Powershell scripting
  • Basic understanding of network, port openings, IIS knowledge and Loadbalancer
• Fluency in Finnish and English, both oral and written 

It would be beneficial if you also:

• Have Swedish language skills
• Have knowledge from some of the technologies below:
  • MSI packeting
  • Certificate handling
  • Windows services
  • Iris for health platform
  • Elasticsearch, Consul
