Are you passionate about leveraging modern technologies to revolutionize healthcare? If so, we are looking for a System Test Specialist to take ownership of system-level quality and ensure that our integrated solutions are ready for successful customer delivery. In this role, you will work at the intersection of development teams, release governance, and customers, combining coordination with hands-on testing to drive high-quality outcomes.
We work in an agile, multinational organization that develops cutting-edge products and services for both public and private sectors across the Nordic countries. Our teams are committed to creating, supporting, and delivering modern solutions used by healthcare and social care professionals throughout the region.
Your role
As a System Test Specialist, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing system-level testing across multiple components and teams. You ensure that end-to-end functionality, cross-functional workflows, and quality requirements are fulfilled before solutions are released to customers.
You play a key role in internal acceptance testing and act as a central support function during customer acceptance and piloting, helping to ensure smooth, well-controlled validation phases.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and lead system testing activities for complex, integrated solutions
- Define system test scope, approach, and test cycles in cooperation with development and release stakeholders
- Execute and oversee hands-on system-level testing, validating end-to-end and cross-functional workflows
- Own and coordinate internal acceptance testing to confirm system readiness before customer exposure
- Ensure that entry criteria for customer acceptance testing are met and clearly communicated
- Support customer acceptance testing and pilot phases by providing test evidence, clarification, and testing-related support
- Align and integrate team-level testing results into a coherent system-level quality view
- Track testing progress, risks, and defects, and drive issue resolution together with development teams
- Report system testing status, readiness, and risks to relevant stakeholders
What you bring
- Experience in system testing, integration testing, or end-to-end testing in complex software environments
- A structured and quality-focused mindset, with the ability to see the full system beyond individual components
- Hands-on testing experience combined with strong coordination and communication skills
- Understanding of agile and/or DevOps development models and continuous delivery
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, testers, and customers
- Confidence to support customer-facing testing activities in a professional and transparent manner
Why join us
- A key role influencing product quality and customer success
- Close collaboration with skilled development teams and international customers
- An opportunity to shape and continuously improve testing practices at system level
- A working environment where quality, collaboration, and continuous learning are valued
