SharePoint Lead + Scrum Master - Tieto tech Consulting (m/f/d)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Purview, M365 Governance & SharePoint Architect to lead enterprise-wide data governance, compliance, and security across Microsoft 365 services.

This role is responsible for designing and managing Sensitivity labels, Retention labels, SharePoint architecture, administration & governance, Power Platform governance, and Copilot governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance and secure collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Microsoft Purview Governance

• Design and manage Sensitivity Labels for data classification, protection, and encryption across Microsoft 365
• Define and implement Retention Labels and Policies for lifecycle management and regulatory compliance
• Configure:
  • Auto-labeling policies
  • Label publishing policies
  • Data lifecycle and disposition reviews
• Collaborate with business and compliance teams to align governance with legal requirements

2. Data Classification & Information Protection

• Develop enterprise data classification framework aligned with business objects and record types
• Map classification to:
  • Sensitivity labels (security protection)
  • Retention labels (records management)
• Ensure correct application of labels through automation and user training
• Drive adoption of labeling strategies (e.g., parent labels, sub-labels, taxonomy design)

3. SharePoint Online Governance & Architecture

• Design SharePoint architecture including:
  • SharePoint sites administration
  • Hub sites
  • Site lifecycle governance
  • Ownership policies
• Implement:
  • Inactive site management
  • Site archival & deletion lifecycle
• Ensure compliance integration with Purview:
  • Retention labels continue after archive
  • Policies enforced across sites
• Manage:
  • Metadata architecture
  • Content classification
  • Search and access governance (including restricted search / Copilot integration)

4. Power Platform Governance (CoE)

• Design and manage Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Define governance for:
  • Power Automate flows
  • Power Apps lifecycle
  • Environment strategy (prod / non-prod separation)
• Implement:
  • DLP policies
  • App registration practices
  • Secure automation patterns (e.g., Azure Key Vault integration)
• Monitor usage, risks, and compliance

5. Copilot Governance & AI Readiness

• Define governance strategy for Microsoft Copilot across M365
• Ensure:
  • Only compliant and labeled data is used for AI grounding
  • Sensitive content is protected from AI exposure
• Implement controls:
  • Restricted search
  • AI data access policies
• Align Copilot readiness with Purview compliance controls

6. Compliance, Risk & Security

• Ensure adherence to:
  • GDPR
  • Data protection standards
  • Internal policies
• Work with security teams on:
  • DLP (Data Loss Prevention)
  • Insider risk
  • Audit and reporting
• Provide governance insights and audit reports

7. Governance Operations & Reporting

• Monitor and report on:
  • Label adoption
  • Inactive sites
  • Compliance posture
• Create governance dashboards and reports for leadership
• Maintain documentation:
  • Policies
  • Procedures
  • User training materials

8. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with:
  • IT teams
  • Security & compliance teams
  • Business stakeholders
• Provide guidance, training, and support for governance adoption

• Strong understanding of:

Experience

• 10–15 years in SharePoint Online Architecture, Administrations and governance, Microsoft purview administration and governance, Copilot Readiness architecture and governance and Power Platform architecture.
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise governance frameworks
• Experience in regulated environments (compliance, audit, legal requirements) preferred

Project Management:

• Expert in managing project as a scrum master
