About the role 

Our Caretech organization is now looking for an employee for the First Line Support. This position is a temporary fixed-term employment of 6 months.

The main job is to receive and process incident reports and support requests sent by customers. The role includes diverse and challenging tasks in the customer interface. 

  

As part of our team you will:  

  • Provide daily support to corporate customers by receiving and resolving IT issues in Swedish and Norwegian 

  • Be part of a knowledgeable and supportive team within a well-established international organization 

  • Have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills as an IT professional 

  • Work with challenging, interesting, and varied tasks 

  • Be equipped with all the necessary tools, including a phone, laptop, and other remote communication solutions 

  

We are looking for someone with: 

  • Some experience working in a Service Desk environment 

  • A driven and engaged mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks independently and make things happen 

  • A strong sense of dedication and teamwork, consistently delivering high-quality service to our customers 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a sometimes fast-paced environment 

  • An interest in technology 

  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written 

 

 

It is an advantage if you have experience in: 

  • Individual and Family Care or Elderly Care and have used Lifecare 

  • Application support 

 

Please note that this position is a temporary, fixed-term employment of 6 months.
