Are you an experienced finance professional who enjoys taking ownership, driving continuous improvement and challenging the status quo?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Controller to strengthen our Group Control team. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial controlling of selected Corporate Functions, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across our international organization to provide financial insights, support decision-making and drive continuous improvements.

Key responsibilities
- Take accountability for the financial controlling of selected Corporate Functions, including reporting, forecasting, analysis and business support
- Drive month-end closing, forecasting and reporting activities, ensuring timely and high-quality financial deliverables
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends and risks, and proactively propose solutions and recommendations
- Collaborate closely with Corporate Function Unit Leaders, business stakeholders and other stakeholders across countries to understand their needs, provide financial insights, and support decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement by simplifying, standardizing and automating our processes, reporting and ways of working, leveraging digital tools and AI where they create value
- Lead and contribute to development initiatives, process improvements and ad hoc projects

- Has a strong analytical mindset and is comfortable translating data into actionable insights

- Is comfortable working in an international environment and engaging with stakeholders across businesses, functions and geographies
- Has an interest in AI and digital technologies and actively explores how they can create value in Finance
- Thrives in a dynamic environment where recurring responsibilities are combined with development initiatives and ad hoc assignments
