We are looking for a Senior AWS DevOps/ Infrastructure Engineer to join Tietoevry Tech Consulting and work with our customer - a global engineering company that develops advanced solutions in bearings, sealing, and lubrication systems, helping industries improve the reliability, efficiency, and performance of rotating equipment.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and continuously improving both cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure, Microsoft services, monitoring solutions, automation, and operational processes. The role requires hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft administration, Remote Desktop Services, and basic knowledge of DevOps tools and automation.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain AWS-based infrastructure and related services
- Administer Microsoft infrastructure components, including Active Directory and Domain Controllers
- Support Microsoft RDS – Remote Desktop Services
- Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure availability and performance
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, server, and application-related issues
- Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive actions
- Support automation of routine operational tasks using scripting tools
- Work with monitoring and alerting platforms to detect and resolve issues proactively
- Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, security, and application teams
- Document configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Requirements
- Strong background in outsourcing or outstaffing companies, with experience delivering services to external clients
- 5+ experience with AWS and DevOps tools (Terraform, Git, Kubernetes)
- Experience with Microsoft RDS – Remote Desktop Services
- Experience with Microsoft administration, including: Active Directory, Domain Controllers
- Understanding of infrastructure support and incident troubleshooting
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a shared team environment

- SQL & Databases (RDS, Basic SQL and database understanding)
- Monitoring & Alerting (Datadog, Grafana)
- Scripting & Automation (Bash, Python)
