About the role

In the Specialized care & Consulting - Operations we provide product deliveries and support for healthcare customers for example in laboratories. Our team consists of professionals in delivery, application and technical expertise and deliver products and services in wide Nordic collaboration.

We are now looking for Project manager to our Swedish operations team to focus on our pathology products used in our customers laboratories. Your daily work consists of delivering projects. You'll work in close collaboration with customers, application specialists and product developers in Sweden.
 

In this role you will

• Lead small, medium and large customer projects related to Tieto’s Laboratory solutions and ensure results according to the contracts, agreed scope, plans and financial targets.
• Day-to-day management of project deliveries including contract fulfilment, profitability, invoicing, quality and customer satisfaction
• Communicate the project objective and setting the expectations for the team members. Responsible for setting the direction for the team during project work
• Establish good project culture, motivate the project team and promote a good working environment and morale
• Report project status, progress and estimates with agreed frequency to the steering group
• Prepare basis for decisions including proposing project changes
• Ensure the project organization and working method are suitable, documented and clear. Identify and introduce improvements.

We are looking for someone with

• Project management skills, demonstrated through experience working on cross-functional projects
• Communication skills and ability to inspire, and collaborate efficiently with key stakeholders
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both oral and written

It would be beneficial if you also

• Have knowledge in the laboratory area
