Interim Talent Acqusition Partner - Tieto Banktech (m/f/d)

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who can hit the ground running? We're looking for an interim colleague to join our team on a 6-month contract.

When joining Tieto Banktech as a Interim Talent Acqusition Partner, you will:

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Drive recruitment processes across multiple functions and geographies, ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent in a competitive market.
• Leverage recruitment analytics and talent intelligence to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Strengthen and promote our employer brand through talent attraction initiatives, events, and social media activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working, contributing to a scalable and efficient hiring function.
• Build and deliver recruitment capability trainings, empowering managers to make effective and inclusive hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the global Talent Acquisition community to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.

• You are a strong communicator who can influence stakeholders and create engaging candidate experiences through both verbal and written communication.
• You are proactive, resourceful, and creative in identifying and attracting top talent.
• You are comfortable using data and market insights to guide decisions and recommend talent acquisition strategies.
• You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• You have strong interviewing and assessment skills and are confident in evaluating candidates against both role requirements and organizational values.
• You are adaptable and energized by change, growth, and working in a dynamic business environment.
• You communicate fluently in English and in Swedish/Norwegian, both written and spoken.
