One Graduate Program – Multiple Roles & Domains
We are now launching a joint Graduate Program across Tieto Indtech and Tieto Banktech, offering graduates a structured start to their career while working in business‑critical environments within industry and financial services.
This recruitment round covers multiple graduate roles, but all candidates apply through one job ad and one common application process. Role matching will be done during the recruitment process based on your background, interests, and business needs.
The Graduate Program
The Graduate Program provides:
- A structured introduction to Tieto, our culture, and our ways of working
- Hands‑on experience in customer projects and delivery teams
- Learning, development, and networking opportunities together with other graduates
- Exposure to different domains, technologies, and professional roles
You will join the Graduate Program on a fixed-term employment contract, usually for one year. The program is designed to support your development and performance, and successful graduates may be offered a full-time role following the program, depending on individual results and business needs.

Graduate Roles & Backgrounds
We are looking for graduates with a background or strong interest in technology‑related fields, including (but not limited to):
- Software development (e.g. Java, .NET)
- Data, analytics, or engineering
- Infrastructure, cloud, or platform technologies
- UX, design, and digital services
- Business‑ and technology‑oriented delivery roles
You do not need to meet every requirement — potential, motivation, and willingness to learn are key.
Who Are You?
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have recently graduated or are about to graduate from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Have an educational background within technology, IT, data, informatics, information systems, business, design or similar fields
- Are motivated to learn and develop through a structured graduate program
- Enjoy working collaboratively in teams
- Are comfortable working professionally in English and Norwegian/Swedish
Location
We are recruiting graduates across several locations in Norway, and Stockholm Sweden. You will be able to specify your preferred locations during the application process, and we will match you with available graduate roles accordingly.
Current locations include: Oslo, Trondheim, Bergen & Stockholm
Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process is designed to be fair, structured, and focused on potential:
- Application and initial screening
- Online assessments (sent to all candidates progressing in the process)
- Interviews with hiring managers and team representatives
- Background checks might be performed for specific roles
All candidates are assessed consistently across the same process, regardless of role or business unit.

- Start date: 01.September 2026
- Working language: English
- All application documents (CV and grade transcripts) must be submitted in English
- Online assessments are a required part of the process for all candidates
- For applicants with ongoing studies, a preliminary grade transcript should be submitted
