As a Data Engineer, you will have a key role in developing and designing data driven services and solutions for our Lakehouse Analytics - platform. You will be working in diverse teams consisting of top-level developers and customer’s experts.
We are looking for someone with
- Professional software development experience
- Hands-on experience in data driven solutions
- Software development skills in Python and SQL (or other software programming languages)
- Knowledge of big data related technologies like Databricks, Azure Synapse or Apache Spark
- Experience in cloud solutions
- Passion to continuously learn new things and aim higher
- Passion to build great products and solve complex customer problems
- Confidence and willingness to take responsibility, honesty and openness as a member of a team
- Excellent communications skills in English and Finnish.
It would be beneficial if you also have experience in
- Social care and healthcare data
- Data warehouse, data lakes or lakehouse
- Dimensional data modeling, star schemas and data marts
- Development of Power BI
