Domain Consultant / Functional SME – BFSI (US Market)Drive Growth. Shape Strategy. Lead AI-Powered Transformation.

We are looking for a BFSI Domain Consultant / Functional SME to help drive growth across our Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance portfolio in the US market. This is a strategic consulting role focused on business growth, industry-led solutioning, and AI-driven transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and account expansion across BFSI customers.
• Partner with sales teams to shape opportunities, build business cases, and improve deal win rates.
• Lead client discovery workshops and engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Develop industry-focused offerings, accelerators, and transformation roadmaps.
• Support proposals, pursuit governance, and cross-functional solution development.
• Bridge business priorities, technology capabilities, and AI/GenAI-driven innovation.

Required Experience

• 7–13 years of experience in BFSI consulting, transformation, product, or business advisory roles.
• Strong experience working with US Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance clients.
• Deep knowledge of Banking (lending, payments, retail/commercial banking) and/or Insurance (claims, underwriting, policy administration).
• Proven experience in proposal support, executive presentations, solutioning, and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to articulate ROI, business value, and growth outcomes.
