About the role

Are you excited about working with a market-leading, modern portfolio of solutions shaping the future of healthcare and social services? Do you have a strong technical background, a passion for problem-solving, and the ambition to join one of the leading tech companies in the Nordics? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you will join a team of skilled technical specialists dedicated to supporting healthcare systems. Your work will include delivery, installation, configuration, and maintenance, as well as providing technical consulting on the implementation of our healthcare solutions and broader IT infrastructure in customer environments.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new IT solutions, services, and products, while gaining hands-on experience across the full implementation lifecycle—from planning and deployment to ongoing support. From day one, you will be supported by experienced colleagues and a dedicated manager, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and continuous professional growth.

In this role you will

  • Install, maintain, and operate our healthcare system Lifecare, including version upgrades and ongoing system support.

  • Handle service requests and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Participate in upgrade and deployment projects, taking responsibility for technical execution in customer environments.

  • Produce and maintain technical documentation related to systems, environments, and operational practices.

  • Provide technical consulting related to healthcare solutions and the implementation of digital healthcare services.

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, working as part of an experienced team of system specialists.

  • Work in active cooperation with customers and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery and successful project outcomes.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and ways of working within the area.

We are looking for someone with

  • Has a strong professional mindset, with a proactive, flexible, and goal-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a structured manner under pressure.

  • Has experience in the ICT field, including designing, implementing, and operating medium to large-scale IT infrastructures.

  • Has solid expertise in Microsoft technologies, and hands-on experience with Windows Server and workstation environments, including IIS.

  • Is a self-driven problem-solver, able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills, resilience under pressure, and a willingness to rapidly learn new technologies and concepts.

  • Is fluent in Finnish (mandatory) and has a good command of English.

  • Has experience with SQL (basic queries), PowerShell, and/or healthcare IT environments – considered an advantage.

As a person, you are an engaged and open team player who enjoys working with diverse cultures, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality deliveries. You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role that combines both independent work and collaboration with colleagues and customers.

What’s in it for you?

With us you will be part of the important and meaningful work of developing healthcare for all of us. You have an important mission to make a difference that really matters. In addition, as a company we offer you professional growth, open and friendly culture, and an outstanding work-life balance!
