Senior Technical Lead - SDET

A Test Engineer is a professional who determines how to create a process that would test a particular product, in order to assure that the product meets applicable specifications. Test engineers are also responsible for determining the best way a test can be performed in order to achieve high test coverage using different test processes.

With us you will be responsible for

• Product Maintenance & Development

• Understanding the requirements & estimating the efforts for the same

• Writing and executing unit test cases, support for System Testing and UAT

• Mentoring junior team members

We expect you to have

Minimum 10 years of working experience as a testing professional. Responsible for test design, test material preparation, test execution including communication and proactive co-operation proactively with stakeholders throughout the project

Required Skills:

• Must have good knowledge of Playwright, Selenium and hands on with building automation framework

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with writing automation test cases and developing scripts

• Must have worked as test lead for minimum of 3 years

• Should be ready to perform both roles i.e. as test lead and individual contributor.

• Strong expertise in Automation Testing and QA processes.

• Hands-on experience in Test Automation using:

• C# with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.

• Ranorex using C# (good to have).

• API Testing using C# and relevant frameworks.

• Performance Testing with JMeter.

• Database knowledge, particularly SQL Server, for validating test data.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM.

• Must have experience in creating Test plan and maintaining the test repository.

• Excellent interpersonal skills are mandatory

• Review and analyze system specifications

• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans

• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results

• Evaluate product code according to specifications

• Create logs to document testing phases and defects

• Report bugs and errors to development teams

• Gives feedback and advise development team by more inputs to ease their defect troubleshooting.

• Good communication & coordination skills.

• Good in mentoring and guiding team members
