Senior Business Analyst/ Product Owner - Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

We are looking for someone who will play a key role in shaping and prioritizing product features that enhance both clinical trial workflows and end-user experience. Working closely with a global engineering team, alongside design, platform, and product experts, you will translate complex business and user needs into clear, actionable development plans. You will guide the product direction, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and drive continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic insight with hands-on execution and is motivated by creating technology solutions that make a meaningful impact. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Work closely with stakeholders to define, communicate, and refine the product vision and strategy 

• Collect, analyze, and translate business, clinical, and user requirements into well-structured product backlog items 

• Provide clear prioritization and direction, making informed decisions regarding features, enhancements, and necessary trade-offs 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integrations and deliver a high-quality user experience 

• Ensure the product meets acceptance criteria and drive continuous improvement toward product excellence 

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating product goals, progress, and performance 

Required Experience & Qualifications 

• Previous experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or as a Business Analyst 

• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

• Strong skills in prioritizing requirements according to business goals, user impact, and development capacity 

• Proven track record of driving initiatives in a collaborative, agile environment 

• Ability to use data, user feedback, and insights to continuously improve the product 

A significant advantage would be  

• Experience with digital health solutions, clinical trial systems, eCOA, RPM, or healthcare-related platforms  

• Familiarity with regulated environments and standards such as GxP, GDPR, FDA, or clinical trial processes  

• Exposure to technical concepts and technologies such as APIs, SQL/NoSQL, JavaScript, Node.js, or platform integrations  

• Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones  

• Experience with content operations, implementation support, or training coordination
