About the role

With us you will be responsible for:

• Leading Product Design and Architecture: You will lead architectural decisions that shape the future of our healthcare solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with industry standards
• Developing Architecture Work and Governance: You will contribute on improving our ways of working, competencies and quality both on organizational and individual levels
• Collaborating with Global Teams and our Customers: You will understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions 
• Identifying and Mitigating Risks: You will detect gaps in architecture, ways of working, security, deployment, and configuration, proposing solutions to minimize risks and enhance system integrity 
• Mentoring and Coaching Team Members: You will guide them in resolving complex technical issues and foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement and scaling of our competencies

We are looking for someone with:

• Extensive experience in Software Development and Architecture, with a proven track record to lead designing and implementing of complex software systems
• Experience on Leading Architecture Work in development organization and team levels to develop, improve and scale our ways of working
• Knowledge of Cloud and Containerization, including proficiency in public and private cloud platforms and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong Technical Skills in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, web development, and design patterns
• Programming Expertise, with excellent coding skills in languages such as C# and experience with frontend frameworks like Angular 
• Expertise in Healthcare Standards like FHIR and openEHR to ensure interoperability and compliance 
• Agile Methodology Proficiency, with experience working in agile environments utilizing methodologies like Scrum or Kanban 
• Visionary Architectural Skills to conceptualize and design holistic solution architectures that meet current and future needs
• DevSecOps experience, with exposure to integrating security practices into the DevOps process to ensure secure and reliable software delivery
