Delivery Manager - Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

We’re looking to hire a Senior Delivery Manager to drive the successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives for a global digital health SaaS platform powering data-driven and AI-enabled healthcare solutions. In this role, you’ll own end-to-end delivery across multiple teams - ensuring alignment, transparency, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities     

• Own the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives from initial framing through execution to value realization
• Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early, and proactively drive them to resolution
• Maintain integrated, realistic delivery plans that reflect actual progress and constraints
• Manage resources, timelines, and delivery outcomes across cross-functional teams
• Drive monthly and quarterly planning cycles in collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership
• Use data-driven metrics and performance insights to track delivery maturity and align outcomes with business value
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and Design Leads to define clear “definition of done” and ensure accountability
• Build strong relationships across teams and organizational levels to enable delivery without relying on formal authority
• Navigate organizational complexity and foster alignment across global, distributed teams
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless cross-functional execution

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program or delivery management, with a strong track record delivering complex initiatives
• Minimum 5 years leading cross-functional programs in technology or digital product environments
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, creating structure and driving outcomes without relying on formal authority
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, GPT, or similar) in day-to-day workflows
• Strong experience managing matrixed teams in global, distributed environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong judgment on escalation vs. resolution
• Demonstrated ability to align technical delivery with product and business goals
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills

A significant advantage would be

• Experience in digital health, life sciences, or regulated technology environments
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GxP, ICH GCP, FDA 21 CFR, GDPR, or similar
• Experience working across multiple geographies and time zones
• Pharmaceutical industry or clinical trial platform experience
