About the role

Go‑to‑Market Sweden is responsible for defining, leading, and operationalizing the commercial strategy in the Swedish market. The team ensures that Tieto Caretech’s offerings within products and professional services reach the right customers at the right time, through strong customer insight work, effective packaging, coordination of internal business units, and close collaboration with other sales units and the product organization.

We are now looking for a Client Director to our Go-to-Market team in Sweden. The role holds overall responsibility for driving growth, creating demand, and ensuring that the company’s portfolio of products and consulting services is relevant and competitive in Sweden. Your daily work consists of driving consulting and professional services business from identified opportunity to closed deal. You'll work in close collaboration with Client/Sales Directors within the Go-to-Market team in Sweden and product and service line.

 

In this role you will

  • drive growth in our market and at your customers 
  • create excellent customer relationships 
  • be seen as a trusted advisor and partner to the customer 
  • ensure the right guidance for the customer through the entire sales cycle  
  • understand and identify customers’ present and future needs, create new opportunities, and generate new business 
  • understand the capabilities of our products and our services and help the customers see the value we bring and make the right digitalization decisions 
  • take an active role internally to drive and develop our products and offerings to suit the current and future market needs 

 

We are looking for someone with

  • Experience from large and complex sales and deliveries in software, IT systems and professional services 
  • Clearly takes the role as strategic advisor and peer to c-level, and below, customers 
  • Strong ability to drive business development, create customer demand and convert opportunities into business
  • Strong presenter and creator of complex value propositions orally and in written 
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish, and you speak proficient business English 

 

It would be beneficial if you also

  • Experience from the healthcare sector, health IT or other regulated environments is a strong advantage
  • Experience from the consulting sector, preferably towards the public sector
  • Have experience from health IT systems, digital platforms and other business-critical solutions used in healthcare
  • Have an established network within Swedish healthcare
