We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead/Manager to join an innovative healthcare project for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. In this role, you will define and execute testing strategies, manage testing documentation, support customer UAT, and adapt test approaches to client configurations. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support customer UAT activities, including participation, issue management, and collaboration with internal teams
Required Experience & Qualifications
Hands-on experience in quality assurance, including test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail), automation frameworks, and API testing
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams
Solid domain knowledge of clinical research systems and data workflows (e.g., EDC, EMR, CTMS, ICF) - advantage
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, or start-up environments, driving execution and scalable solutions
