Job Description

Product Manager – Value Chain Responsible

Do you want to take a key role in ensuring holistic customer value and efficient flow across AML, KYC and screening processes in banks, both in Norway and internationally?

Combatting financial crime requires more than strong individual products. It demands that the entire value chain is connected, from onboarding and KYC to transaction monitoring and sanctions screening. Today, operational teams in banks experience the need for seamless, efficient, and consistent processes and systems to achieve compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

With us, you will have the opportunity to take a central role in this transformation. In this position, you will work across our AML, KYC, and Screening products, ensuring that the combined value of our solutions is realized in practice for our customers. You will collaborate closely with users, subject-matter experts, and technologists, and you will have a unique mandate to understand actual usage at the customer level and translate insights into targeted improvements that generate impact across the entire value chain.

The position reports to the Head of AML and is part of a dynamic, diverse, and young working environment characterized by high pace, collaboration, and enthusiasm.

About the Role

As a Product Manager with value chain responsibility, you will:

  • Own and develop the value chain across AML, KYC, and Screening products
  • Ensure holistic and coherent customer journeys, with a focus on efficient flow and consistent customer experience
  • Identify dependencies and bottlenecks across solutions, processes, and teams
  • Work closely with customers, including on-site in their operational environments
  • Observe actual usage, processes, and pain points, and translate these into prioritized improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across product areas
  • Represent the customers’ end-to-end needs in roadmaps, prioritization, and solution design
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on strategy, goals, and cross‑product roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Product Owners on implementation of improvements within the teams
  • Ensure strong product lifecycle management and documentation of the end‑to‑end flow
  • Follow up on holistic KPIs, customer impact, and value realization

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience within AML, KYC, sanctions screening, fraud, payments, or financial regulation
  • Understanding of customer journeys, operational processes, and interdependencies in complex value chains
  • Preferably experience from consulting or direct customer engagement
  • Higher education within IT, economics, law, or another relevant field
  • Familiarity with legislation, regulatory requirements, and modern technology environments
  • Experience with agile development methods is an advantage

Personal Qualities

  • A team player motivated by collaboration, who builds strong relationships across functions and the organization
  • Structured, analytical, and able to balance the big picture with details
  • Solution-oriented and curious — you see opportunities rather than problems
  • Confident in customer dialogue and comfortable working on-site with customers
  • Communicates clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally (Norwegian and English)
  • Able to prioritize smartly and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Independent and proactive, with strong execution skills

Why choose us?

  • Meaningful work — our solutions help reduce financial crime
  • A strong professional environment in one of the Nordic region’s leading technology companies
  • Solid development opportunities and career programs
  • Flexible working hours and competitive compensation
