Job Description

Summary

The HR and TA Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s People strategy, aligning HR and TA initiatives with organizational goals and driving business performance. The role is responsible for driving HR operations and contributing to key HR initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Training & Competence Development, Performance Management, Organization Development and Compensation. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver with strong HR functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with local and global HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Partnership & Advisory

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in India, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee-related queries.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.

2. Talent Acquisition

  • Lead and support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and high-quality hiring aligned with workforce planning.

3. HR Operations & Program Management

  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support and refine HR programs in Training, Competence Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Career Development, Compensation, Organization Development, and Employee Services.

4. Policy & Process Improvement

  •  Maintain, update, and enhance HR policies and procedures in line with business needs and best practices.
  •  Identify opportunities to optimize HR practices and drive continuous improvements.

5. Global HR Collaboration

  • Work with global HR teams to implement harmonized HR processes, tools, and initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong operational and strategical HR experience, preferably from large global organizations.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leaders across multiple product units.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Capable of planning and implementing complex HR initiatives.
  • Ability to improve HR processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
