Job Title: Business development and Sales Analyst
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a technically proficient Business Development and Sales Analyst to help accelerate our growth in the Banking sector.
This role is pivotal in driving presales initiatives, collaborating closely with Sales, Business Development, and Customer teams to identify and shape new opportunities. You’ll also play a key role in market research and strategic analysis, supporting business development efforts to unlock growth potential and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Presales
- Develop a deep understanding of our solution portfolio and target customer segments.
- Identify key stakeholders within target accounts and initiate outreach.
- Engage with customers to uncover and manage sales opportunities.
- Coordinate and contribute to proposal development and submission.
- Support presentations, workshops and discussions.
- Create and maintain reusable assets for RFPs/RFIs.
Development Enablement
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery by working closely with development teams.
- Participate in delivery reviews and governance meetings, offering actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team on market research and strategic analysis.
Documentation & Communication
- Produce, manage and maintain quality documentation.
- Develop and share success stories and solution offerings through internal and external channels.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in sales/presales of digital solutions.
- Solid understanding of banking processes and systems.
- Proven hands-on experience in sales and customer engagement.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in selling digital products, ideally within the banking domain.
- Exposure to project and service management practices.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
